USPS Media Mail

All individual customer shipments are through USPS Media Mail unless otherwise indicated by the customer.

International shipping

Books for Décor LLC is not equipped to offer international shipping at this time.

Returns


Return Cost

Books for Decor LLC is unable to provide customers with prepaid return labels or refund return shipping costs after receipt of the return. Books for Decor LLC reserves the right to request photo documentation of the product before authorizing a return. Books for Decor LLC reserves the right to refuse returns. Returns will only be refunded upon receipt of the return. Tracking is recommended for returning packages. Books for Decor LLC is not responsible for returns which fail to make it to our facility.


30 Days to Return

Books for Decor LLC accepts returns up to 30 days after your package has been shipped. Returns must first be authorized by our manager. Returns must meet one or more of the following criteria:

  • The product was unsatisfactory.

  • The product was not as described.

  • You received the wrong product.

  • The product was ordered by accident.

  • Product fails to meet sanctioned customizations.

    • Customizations are available upon request but must be authorized by our manager or E-Commerce manager. Books for Decor LLC will accommodate customizations as long as it has the inventory and customizations do not change the type, quantity, or value of the order.

  • Product arrives damaged due to inadequate packaging. Books for Decor LLC is not responsible for excessive damage caused by the shipping carrier.

Whenever possible, returned items should come in their original packaging. The original packing slip or shipping label must be included.

Refund Policy

Authorized returns are refunded upon receipt if product arriving is in resaleable condition. Refunds are NOT remitted for unauthorized returns.

Return shipping costs are at the expense of the customer and are not refunded. Orders still within Books for Decor LLC warehouse facility before shipment are fully refunded.

Books for Decor LLC is NOT responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged packages. Should any of the previous circumstances apply, it is encouraged for customers to file a claim with the shipping carrier. Books for Decor LLC is not responsible for customer’s failure to retrieve packages which require signature of authorization. However, it is encouraged that customers schedule a redelivery through the shipping carrier.

Books for Decor LLC reserves the right to refuse refunds on packages marked ‘delivered’.

If customers can provide substantial evidence of non-receival and/or multiple attempts to retrieve package, Books for Decor LLC can decide to provide the following options:

a) 30% refund or

b) 30% coupon off select items

Books for Decor LLC reserves the right to deny or modify this service. It is encouraged for customers to contact us directly with any questions or concerns, or to receive all available data concerning any problems with shipment.
